Shipping
Every Aurex Goods order ships from the United States to addresses in the United States. We do not ship abroad at the moment.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat, whatever the size of the order.
- Free Shipping: applied automatically once your order passes $75.
Paper goods are packed flat in rigid mailers with a moisture barrier, and pens travel capped in their own sleeves. An order that comes in by 2pm Eastern on a weekday normally leaves that afternoon; anything later waits for the next working day.
Most parcels arrive in two to six working days. You will get a tracking email as soon as the carrier scans it, and PO boxes are fine for every item we sell.
Tracking stuck for five working days? Tell us at support@aurexgoods.store and we will open a trace with the carrier.
