Here is what Aurex Goods Co. keeps about you when you buy from us, what it is for, and how to get it changed or removed.
Information we hold
- Details for your order: name, shipping address, email and phone, so the order can be paid for and delivered.
- Card details: entered straight into our payment provider’s secure form; the full card number never reaches our systems.
- Technical data: things like which pages loaded, kept only to keep the store running and to track down errors.
What it is used for
Fulfilling and shipping orders, replying to your emails, processing returns, and keeping the records our accountants and tax rules call for. Your information is never sold.
Who else sees it
Just two parties: the payment provider that processes your card and the carrier that brings your parcel. Each may use it for that job alone.
Retention
We keep order records for the period tax and bookkeeping law sets, and delete them after that.
Your rights
Ask support@aurexgoods.store for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not legally obliged to keep.
Cookies
The store sets only the cookies it needs to hold your basket and your login. Blocking them in your browser is your call, though the basket stops working without them.
