Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Send back any item you have not used, in the condition it arrived, within 30 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for it.
Starting a return
Email support@aurexgoods.store with the order number and the items going back. We reply with the return address and a short packing note.
Worth knowing
- Notebooks need to be unwritten in and pens uninked, with their original sleeve or box.
- You cover the cost of posting a change-of-mind return; we cover it when the mistake is ours.
- Once the parcel is back with us, the money is on its way to your original payment method inside five working days.
- We refund the original delivery charge only when we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty.
Arrived damaged or not what you ordered
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will post a replacement or refund the full amount, delivery included. Keep the damaged piece unless we ask for it back.
