Terms of sale
These terms cover anything you buy from the Aurex Goods Co. online store.
Placing an order
Checking out sends us an offer to buy, and the order is confirmed by the email we send afterwards. Should something sell out between your order and our packing it, we let you know and refund that line straight away.
Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the product pages, and your payment is collected at checkout. If a price is plainly wrong we will get in touch before shipping and you can choose whether to go ahead or cancel.
Delivery
The delivery times we quote are our best estimate rather than a promise. Once a parcel has been delivered, responsibility for its contents is yours.
Returns
The Returns & Refunds page sets out how returns work and is part of these terms.
Our liability
Where the law allows a limit, our total liability on an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here restricts rights the law does not let us restrict.
